Located in Culver City, CA, Hayden Tract is a neighborhood that was originally developed as an industrial area in the 1940s. In the late 1980s, real estate developers Frederick and Laurie Samitaur Smith began collaborating with architect Eric Owen Moss. Over the following decades, Eric Owen Moss Architects has transformed the neighborhood into an assortment of experimental buildings that house tech companies, advertising agencies and more.
